Our espresso balsamic is created in Italy, using authentic Italian espresso as an ingredient. Expect to feel the fine espresso granules that enhance this vinegar's long rich and velvety finish. It contains as much caffeine as a cup of decaf coffee. It makes a fantastic glaze or barbecue base for pork, beef or chicken. Add a shot to an “affogatto float”, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee.
Pairs exceptionally well with Blood Orange, Herbs de Provence, Chipotle, Harissa and any single varietal olive oils.
