Penne with Brie and Basil


  • Pasta of your choice (bowtie or penne are good options)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup red onions, diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup dried or fresh mushrooms (optional)
  • ½ cup green/red peppers diced (optional)
  • 3 oz. Brie cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 tbsps. Adoro’s Pesto Olive Oil or Tuscan Herb or any of our Basic EVOO
  • 2 tbsps. Adoro’s Condimento Bianco Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Bacon, cubed (optional)


  1. Cook pasta in boiling water approximately 8-12 minutes, drain
  2. Cook bacon if adding to recipe
  3. In pasta pot, add garlic, red onions, cherry tomatoes, (mushrooms & peppers if using), cheese, basil, Olive Oil and White Balsamic Vinegar
  4. Salt/pepper to taste
  5. stir ingredients together and serve
