Mac & Cheese with Green Chilli Oil


3/4 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
8 oz. oodles of your choice (i.e. Elbow Macaroni)
3 or 4 tbsp Green Chili Oil


  1. Prepare noodles as per the package directions
  2. Mix the heavy cream & both cheeses in a large pasta pan over low heat.
  3. Stir frequently. Once it’s melted add the cooked pasta, and mix together gently.
  4. Drizzle with green chili oil and season with salt & pepper.
