Honey Chipotle Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:

  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • 4 tbsps. Adoro Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • Sea salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine the drumsticks with all of the ingredients, except the rosemary, in a large bowl and toss to coat well.
  3. In a baking dish, place coated drumsticks in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning over half way through until the chicken is cooked and golden.
  5. Top with rosemary and serve.

Cook time: 35 minutes
