Citrus Glazed Tofu

Ingredients: 

  • Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Habanero & Honey Balsamic Vinegar (also try Honey Ginger white balsamic)
  • Traditional or Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • Orange zest

 

Directions:

  1. Pan sear (extra firm) tofu using Blood Orange olive oil
  2. Once crispy, add soy sauce, Habanero & Honey Balsamic Vinegar, Traditional Dark Balsamic and orange zest
  3. Continue cooking until sauce is reduced
  4. Serve on rice or on a salad
