Citrus Glazed Tofu
Ingredients:
- Blood Orange Olive Oil
- Soy sauce
- Habanero & Honey Balsamic Vinegar (also try Honey Ginger white balsamic)
- Traditional or Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- Orange zest
Directions:
- Pan sear (extra firm) tofu using Blood Orange olive oil
- Once crispy, add soy sauce, Habanero & Honey Balsamic Vinegar, Traditional Dark Balsamic and orange zest
- Continue cooking until sauce is reduced
- Serve on rice or on a salad
