Cinnamon Pear Sweet Potatoes
- 4 cups peel, sliced sweet potatoes
- 1 sweet onion cut into wedges
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 3 tbsp Adoro Rosemary Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Adoro Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix sweet potatoes, onions, and garlic in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and toss to coat.
- Pour mixture into a baking sheet.
- Roast sweet potatoes, turning frequently until the potatoes are soft and golden brown (approx. 30-35 mins).
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of Cinnamon Pear Balsamic over the sweet potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
