Cinnamon Pear Sweet Potatoes


  • 4 cups peel, sliced sweet potatoes
  • 1 sweet onion cut into wedges
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 3 tbsp Adoro Rosemary Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Adoro Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste



  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix sweet potatoes, onions, and garlic in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Pour mixture into a baking sheet.
  4. Roast sweet potatoes, turning frequently until the potatoes are soft and golden brown (approx. 30-35 mins).
  5. Drizzle 1 tbsp of Cinnamon Pear Balsamic over the sweet potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
