Chipotle Aioli


  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsps. Adoro Chipotle Olive Oil
  • ¾ cup Adoro Mild EVOO


  1. Place egg yolks, lemon juice, garlic, salt in food processor. Pulse to combine. An immersion blender works well too.
  2. With blender running, slowly pour in Chipotle Olive Oil then EVOO. Process until aioli forms and thickens, about a minute. Blend until fully combined.
  3. Serve immediately or store in airtight container in refrigerator.

Makes: 1 cup
