- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsps. Adoro Chipotle Olive Oil
- ¾ cup Adoro Mild EVOO
- Place egg yolks, lemon juice, garlic, salt in food processor. Pulse to combine. An immersion blender works well too.
- With blender running, slowly pour in Chipotle Olive Oil then EVOO. Process until aioli forms and thickens, about a minute. Blend until fully combined.
- Serve immediately or store in airtight container in refrigerator.
