Balsamic French Toast


  • Ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Brioche or challah bread
  • Fresh fruit of your choice
  • Maple dark balsamic vinegar
  • Blood Orange olive oil
  • Butter olive oil


  1.  Whisk together cinnamon, eggs, milk, Maple Balsamic and vanilla and pour into a shallow container.
  2. Dip bread (brioche) in egg mixture, then fry slices using Blood Orange olive oil until golden brown (remember to flip and cook the other side).
  3. ​Serve with fresh fruit and top with Butter infused olive oil.
