Balsamic French Toast
Ingredients:
- Ground cinnamon
- Vanilla
- Eggs
- Milk
- Brioche or challah bread
- Fresh fruit of your choice
- Maple dark balsamic vinegar
- Blood Orange olive oil
- Butter olive oil
Directions:
- Whisk together cinnamon, eggs, milk, Maple Balsamic and vanilla and pour into a shallow container.
- Dip bread (brioche) in egg mixture, then fry slices using Blood Orange olive oil until golden brown (remember to flip and cook the other side).
- Serve with fresh fruit and top with Butter infused olive oil.
