Cranberry Pear

Our flavored Cranberry Pear Rosé Vinegar is violet in color, highlighting aroma of pear and natural cranberry.  This bright, tangy vinegar highlights balance combining both sour and sweet in perfect harmony.  Whisk with your favorite Super Premium EVOO or Persian Lime olive oil to make a delightful vinaigrette for roasted beets or other root vegetables. Wonderfully fragrant, bright, and delightful, this infused extra virgin olive oil tastes just like the fresh herb. It’s deep, almost anise-like flavor is pleasantly savory. While it is superb for salad dressings, finishing creamy soups, or to flavor your favorite Scandinavian-inspired dishes, we also love this Dill oil in fish, chicken, and lamb marinades. This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee. It makes a fantastic glaze or barbeque base for pork, beef or chicken. Add a shot to an “affogatto float”, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee.

Grilled Lemon

Tangy, light and sweet with a faint grilled flavour – giving a wink and a nod to that classic Mediterranean grilled lemon flavour, this white balsamic vinegar is utterly delicious and a fantastic addition to your pantry.  It makes for the most scrumptious salads throughout the year, particularly with tomato, cucumber, avocado and feta.  While it is excellent to use in vinaigrettes and marinades, it adds great depth of flavour to ceviche, grilled lamb or chicken.  We also love drizzling it over whole fish or vegetables before roasting, but to really enjoy its flavour, try it in chicken piccata for a deep-yet-balanced fresh tasting lemon flavour.

This is a wonderful early harvest robust Koroneiki from the Peloponnesus region of Greece, hand-harvested from a grove located not far from the site of the ancient Olympic Games.  The total flavour intensity is very high with a wonderful aroma, bitterness and pungency.

An oil with a mild aroma and big taste.  This Leccino has many complex, green, herbaceous flavours typical of the variety such as fresh cut grass, mint and cinnamon.  It is quite pungent, astrigent, and full-bodied providing a nice, fresh, crisp, round mouth sensation.
